How much spending money to bring for St Thomas Vacation?

I don’t plan on dining out expensively often, maybe once or twice, the rest will be like grocery shopping or fast food. I would like to do one or two activities like parasailing or snorkeling. For go out on the ritz carlton cause they do all that stuff bot bugdet wise about 100 day for go out on the town.
