Will tax incentive money go to ex-husband that owes back child support and his tax return is flagged?

has he re-married? if he did and he has no income but his wife does and they claim a joint return,then she can file for {injured spouse} and you won’t receive it,but if he has income and filed,then you will get it all or his share..good luck:)
